Steps to Embed Google Form in WordPress
#1. Go to My Drive – Click on “New” button – Hover on “More” option – Hover on “Google Forms” – Click “Form a Template”.
#2. You will be navigated to the Google Forms website, where you need to select the “Blank Form” option.
#3. After selecting the “Blank Form” option, fill in the form title and description. Start adding your form fields.
#4. If you need you can click the “Add” button, under the menu to add a new field in the form. Google Forms also give you the option to change the question and answer type.
Click on the “Multiple Choice”, drop down menu on the right corner and select your preferred pattern.
#5. Fill in the required content and click on the “Send” button. You will be the navigated to the “send form popup” window. Click on the “Embed” tab, which looks somewhat like this = <> and clicks on “copy” to copy the embed code.
#6 Paste the embed code into your WordPress admin interface. Navigate to Post edit screen- click on “text” tab and paste the form embed code.
#7 Click on “Save as Draft” or “Publish” button and your form are ready to collect responses.
The responses received will be visible only to you, the administrator.
